This property was allegedly stolen from a Woman of Color,military veteran, the first owner ,purchased brand new.

Neighbors harassed the owner for years ,vandalized her property.

After she installed security cameras neighbors signed a petition had haer wrongfully arrested,while in jail neighbors broke into her home stole all the evdidence and vandalized her home. She was held on a misdemeanor charge with no bond ,first time arrested, for 7 days,forced to plead guilty and was placed a one year restraining order.

The leader of the group was Rohn Miller operated an illegal , noisey, dangerous welding business. After the Woman of Color complained and the business was shut down. He unleashed hell.

The HOA and neighbors on the block were party to the housing discrimnation lawsuits.

Lawsuits were filed and dismissed by the courts. Her attorney threw her under the bus, failed to respond an answer, in 30 days case was dismissed.

The HOA was awarded legal fees and evicted the Woman of Color , the property was valued three or more times than the legal fees. The attorney repesenting her was a no show in court.
